Do I need any fitness background to join?
Not at all. Our programmes are designed for people at all starting points, including those who have not done any structured movement in years. We begin with what you can already do and build from there at a pace you are comfortable with.
What does a typical session look like?
Sessions run for about 60 to 75 minutes. We start with a short warm-up, move through the main educational content for the week, and finish with a brief cool-down and discussion. Everything is explained before you do it, and you are welcome to ask questions throughout.
How many people are in a group session?
We keep groups small — usually between 4 and 8 participants. This means the educator can observe how each person is moving and offer relevant adjustments without the session feeling rushed or impersonal.
What if I miss a session during the 10-week coaching block?
Life happens — we understand that. If you miss a session, your coach will send over a brief summary of what was covered and adjust the following week accordingly so you do not feel like you have fallen behind.
Is the Year of Steady Progress just one long class?
No. It includes regular small-group sessions throughout the year, plus quarterly routine reviews where your plan is updated to reflect how you have progressed. You also get access to a growing library of home practice plans you can follow between sessions.
How do I pay and what are the payment options?
We accept online bank transfers and major e-wallets. For the longer programmes, we can discuss a payment schedule that suits you. Please reach out via the contact form or call us and we will walk you through the details.
