Our Method

How Tegapio Programmes Work

Every programme starts with a short conversation about where you are physically and what you want to feel more comfortable doing day to day. From there, we match the session content to that starting point and adjust as you go.

We do not follow a rigid script. If a movement feels wrong in week three, we change the approach in week four. The programme adapts to the person — not the other way around.

Programme 01

Strong Basics Class

A single group class introducing simple, joint-friendly strength habits using body weight and light household items. The session is friendly and unhurried, and every participant leaves with a one-page home guide to continue practising on their own.

This is the right starting point if you have never done anything structured before, or if you want to see how Tegapio works before committing to a longer programme. There is no expectation to continue.

Session Flow

0 – 10 min Welcome, introductions, brief warm-up

Steady Strength Coaching

Ten-Week Structure

Week 1 Baseline session, comfort and goal mapping
Weeks 2 – 4 Foundation movements, weekly adjustments

Weeks 9 – 10 Consolidation, independent routine handover

Steady Strength Coaching

A ten-week coaching block that builds a gentle, repeatable routine around your daily life and comfort level. Each week, the coach checks in on how the previous session felt and adjusts the upcoming one accordingly. Nothing is left on autopilot.

By the end of the block, you have a routine you understand well enough to continue independently — plus a reference guide to fall back on.

Programme 03

Year of Steady Progress

A twelve-month membership with regular small-group sessions, quarterly routine reviews, and a growing library of home practice plans. Designed for calm, consistent progress without pressure to reach any particular milestone by any particular date.

This is for people who want movement to become a genuine part of life — not a sprint to an endpoint. The quarterly reviews reset the routine to reflect how your body and schedule have changed over three months.
